Job summary

Meraki Group is seeking a skilled Façade Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. You will manage all aspects of façade projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality façade solutions on schedule.

Responsibilities include design, fabrication, installation, site inspections, and progress reporting. Candidates should have 5–6 years in façade design/installation and strong reading of drawings and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in project engineering, façade design and installation.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop and review technical drawings and shop drawings related to façade systems.
• Conduct site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure timely progress and resolve any site-related issues.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the availability and delivery of materials.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to project management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during façade installation.
