Job summary

Meraki Group in the UAE seeks a dedicated Facade QA/QC Engineer to ensure facade installations meet quality and safety standards throughout construction. You will evaluate materials, monitor techniques, and ensure compliance with regulations and specs.

The role requires coordinating inspections, reviewing ITPs, and supporting site teams to drive quality, safety, and project efficiency across diverse facade projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in facade QA/QC
• Knowledge of facade materials, construction methods, and building codes
• Experience preparing ITPs and method statements
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for facade systems
• Inspect facade materials and assemblies for compliance with specifications
• Review and approve method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs) related to facade installation
• Coordinate and supervise site activities focusing on facade quality and installation checks
• Prepare and maintain records of inspections, tests, and quality reports
• Identify non-conformities and work with subcontractors to develop corrective actions
• Ensure quality documentation is up-to-date and accessible
• Act as liaison between project management, contractors, and consultants on quality issues
