Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Facade Foreman to lead our façade installation teams on high-rise and commercial projects. You will oversee glass and aluminum systems, ensure quality workmanship, and meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in facade construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training in construction or engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of facade installation experience, especially glass/aluminum.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage site activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations for glass and aluminum façade installations.
• Ensure all installation work is performed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards.
• Lead a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address issues and concerns promptly.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, labor reports, and material usage.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
