Job summary

Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai seeks a Team Lead - Food & Beverage to lead daily operations across luxury outlets. The role requires guiding a diverse team, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating with departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has hospitality qualifications, strong MS Office and Opera (Cloud) skills, and 2–3 years of international hospitality experience. The position is based on-site with a September 2026 start.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences.
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Address guest enquiries and complaints professionally, recording relevant details and notifying the supervisor.
