Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a Non-Management staff supervisor focused on guest service and team leadership within our Food & Beverage division. You will ensure grooming standards, coordinate with guests and departments, and support management in hiring, training, and scheduling to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and staff to meet guest needs.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
• Maintain positive working relationships and protect company assets while following safety policies.
