Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai are seeking a Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) to join the Food & Beverage Service Team with a starting date in October 2026. You will deliver personalized service across dining, reception, and concierge, anticipate guest needs, and maintain pristine guest areas.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a 5-star luxury hotel, strong communication, and English fluency, with knowledge of another language (Russian or European languages) being desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).

Food & Beverage :

• Guest Relations Executive (Hostess)

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards across dining, reception, and concierge areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries, special requests, and service requirements.
• Support daily operations within your assigned department, ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues and other departments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all guest-facing areas.
• Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promoting teamwork.

About you:
