Job summary

BVG PV Modules and Renewables seeks an F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor to oversee daily service operations in the UAE. You will supervise teams, manage staff schedules, ensure service quality and safety, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in food and beverage operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant operations, customer service, or service management is an advantage.
• F&B Manager candidates should have relevant experience in managing restaurant or food and beverage operations.
• Service Manager candidates should have experience coordinating service delivery, managing teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Service Supervisor candidates should demonstrate team supervision, shift coordination, and daily operational support skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational reporting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations is an advantage for food and beverage roles.
• Good English communication skills are preferred; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage or service operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Supervise, coordinate, and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage staff schedules, shift assignments, attendance, and daily work responsibilities.
• Ensure consistent service quality and compliance with company standards and operating procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, suppliers, and other departments when required.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and resource usage.
