Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from preparation areas to tables or service points.
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and service teams to maintain efficient service flow.
• Support Waiters/Waitresses with table preparation, clearing, and resetting.
• Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers for accurate service delivery.
• Anticipate operational needs and respond to service priorities during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Club procedures at all times.
