Job summary

The First Group Hospitality, Dubai-headquartered, seeks a service-focused Food & Beverage Runner to support seamless dining experiences for members and guests. You will connect Culinary and service teams, delivering orders promptly and maintaining presentation standards in a private members club setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of F&B or restaurant experience, strong teamwork and attention to detail, and a professional, discreet approach to member service in premium hospitality

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or restaurant service experience.
• Experience in a private members club or luxury dining environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from preparation areas to tables or service points.
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and service teams to maintain efficient service flow.
• Support Waiters/Waitresses with table preparation, clearing, and resetting.
• Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers for accurate service delivery.
• Anticipate operational needs and respond to service priorities during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Club procedures at all times.
