Job summary

Parx cafe LLC in Dubai seeks a procurement specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies for multiple branches. You will negotiate with suppliers, compare quotes, and ensure quality and timely deliveries.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of F&B procurement experience in UAE, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and the ability to work closely with chefs, managers, and accounts teams to support menu costing and cost control.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&B procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE food suppliers and wholesale markets.
• Experience sourcing meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, dairy, dry goods, and restaurant consumables.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase fresh food and restaurant supplies across categories.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with chefs, branch managers, warehouse, and accounts teams.
• Ensure products meet quality, specifications, and food safety standards.
• Monitor daily and weekly purchasing requirements based on stock levels.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain approved supplier lists and evaluate supplier performance.
• Identify alternative suppliers to avoid shortages.
• Reconcile supplier invoices with accounts and assist with menu costing.
• Maintain procurement records and price comparison sheets.
• Assist with sourcing new products for menu development.
