Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel's outlets. You will ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and other F&B areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience in luxury/hospitality.
• Supervisory/management experience in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and resort F&B operations.
• Experience managing diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
• Understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
