Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel's outlets. You will ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and other F&B areas.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and resort F&B operations.
• Experience managing diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
• Understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

About the Job

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistently high standards of service, guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability. The role is responsible for providing operational leadership across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and other F&B areas, while ensuring compliance with hotel standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable policies and regulations.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or resort F&B operations.
• Experience managing diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
