Job summary

Confidential Dubai-based premium F&B operation seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational performance. • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop front-of-house teams for performance.
