Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai seeks a highly capable leader to manage all F&B operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service, while ensuring guest satisfaction and financial targets are met.

The role oversees budgeting, team leadership, and compliance with F&B regulations, driving service excellence and continuous improvement across all outlets. A strong background in hospitality management and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B/culinary or related professional area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years in F&B/culinary or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Provides excellent customer service to all employees and guests.
