Job summary

Atlantis Dubai seeks a Food & Beverage Manager for Aquaventure Waterpark to lead the F&B strategy across our world-class waterpark. You will oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, and innovative concepts to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of international managerial experience in F&B, with a proven ability to manage multiple outlets in a theme park environment and drive cost controls in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ international experience in a similar managerial role.
• Experience managing multiple restaurants in a theme park or water park.
• Experience creating new F&B concepts and managing costs.

Responsibilities

• Implement the overall F&B strategy for Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Plan and manage operations, staffing, and budgeting across multiple restaurants.
• Drive product innovation, marketing initiatives, and KPI delivery.
• Maximise sales and revenue through guest satisfaction and cost control.
