Job summary

SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences invites motivated individuals to join its internship program across hospitality departments in Downtown Dubai. The role involves rotations through personnel, merchandising, purchasing, customer services, sales and marketing, and active participation in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff.

Interns will engage in lectures, tests, and developmental activities, while gaining practical exposure to inventory analysis, gross profit tracking, and sales trends

Qualifications

• 1+ year hospitality or customer service experience.
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality.
• Aspiration to advance in hospitality with motivation.
• Experience in a management role or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning work output across departments.
• Support policy development and performance goals.
• Rotate through departments to gain experience.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
