Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai invites applications for a Front Office Intern to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, delivering personalised guest experiences and learning daily hotel operations.

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality Management or a related field, you will develop guest relations, communication and problem-solving skills within a world-class property in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Team player with willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced luxury kitchen.
• Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to explore different cuisines & cooking techniques.
• Previous culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist in creating memorable arrivals and departures.
• Support Front Office daily operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries.
• Learn and apply luxury hospitality service standards while delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Assist with guest requests, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Gain exposure to Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge and other Front Office functions.
• Develop an understanding of hotel reservation systems, guest profiles and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest information with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout your internship.
