Job summary

Accor’s Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels are seeking a courteous Food & Beverage service professional to join our team. You will attend guest requests, set up and break down function rooms, and ensure service meets department standards across events and dining outlets.

You will cashier and dispense beverages as assigned, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality hospitality while upholding safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills.
• Basic F&B product knowledge.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform with name badge and palm pin at all times.
• Set up and unset function rooms, including table setting, according to established standards.
• Deliver Food and Beverages service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Attend to guest needs, complaints and/or on-site requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
