Job summary

Aldar Hospitality invites applications for an F&B Beach Team Leader at Kai Beach. You will oversee daily operations across outlets, ensuring top service, smooth shifts, and a five-star guest experience in a beachfront setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in F&B, supervisory background, and strong customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to manage outdoor, fast-paced environments and weekend/public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club or high-volume setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and beach service.
• Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed consistently.
• Monitor cleanliness, setup, and readiness of all service areas.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily updates and promotions.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

This role supports management in supervising the team and maintaining efficient operations in a dynamic beachfront environment.
