Soluna Restaurants and Beach Club The Palm is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to ensure a positive dining experience for guests at the Palm in Dubai. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, service-focused approach.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required in this fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Handle payments, including processing credit card transactions, making change, and providing receipts.
• Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain inventory of food and beverages, restocking items as needed.
• Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality and safety standards.
