Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) invites applications for a Nursery Supervisor at the Kid Zone branch. You will oversee daily operations, supervise teachers and support staff, and ensure EYFS-aligned care and regulatory compliance across admissions, hygiene, and safeguarding.

The role requires 5+ years in early childhood education with supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. UAE nursery regulations knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Certified professional qualification in Early Childhood Leadership or Education.
• Teaching or Nursing qualification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education or similar role.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 and supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch-level staff including senior teachers and nursery helpers.
• Monitor staff-to-child ratios and classroom readiness; ensure safe, child-centered environment.
• Lead on-site audits, inspections, and emergency procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecast staffing, supplies, and operational needs.
• Develop and implement EYFS framework; promote high standards of care and education.
• Engage with HR, IT, and other teams to resolve staffing and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports for parents and maintain confidential records.
• Provide back-up support to ensure continuity during absences or peak periods.
