Job summary

You will supervise teachers and support staff, manage daily operations, monitor child development, coordinate inspections, prepare budget inputs, and engage parents to support early learning in a welcoming, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education settings.
• Strong understanding of EYFS principles and safeguarding.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff teams.
• Knowledge of UAE nursery regulations and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch teachers, assistants, and nursery staff.
• Ensure EYFS delivery and child-centered environment.
• Prepare budgets and monitor branch expenses.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits.
• Engage with parents and stakeholders.
