Job summary

LEAMS Education in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Foundation Stage Teacher for the Early Years to implement EYFS-aligned teaching, develop literacy and numeracy, and foster play-based, experiential learning. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff to ensure consistency in development and learning outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a B.Ed or equivalent, 1–2 years of Foundation Stage experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor or postgraduate qualification with UAE attestation; B.Ed mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of Foundation Stage teaching experience.
Strong English communication; experience in a British Curriculum is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Foundation Stage teaching following the EYFS framework.
Plan engaging lessons and learning experiences for early years development.
Create a stimulating, safe classroom environment supporting exploration and active learning.
Use play-based approaches to develop language, social, and cognitive skills.
Plan activities to support literacy, numeracy, physical development, and understanding of the world.
Establish routines, promote positive behaviour, and foster child welfare and safeguarding.
