Responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum planning and classroom delivery across the Foundation Stage.

• Guide teachers in using play, exploration, structured activities, and observation-based learning.

• Monitor assessment records and promote consistent observation and progress-tracking practices.

• Coordinate interventions with classroom teams, inclusion staff, and families when necessary.

• Mentor Foundation Stage teachers and teaching assistants.
