LEAMS Education is seeking a passionate Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS) to join our Dubai-based school. The role focuses on delivering EYFS-aligned lessons, balancing structured planning with play-based, inquiry-led experiences to foster communication, literacy and numeracy in young learners.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Education required; educational certificates should be attested for UAE use.
1–2 years of Foundation Stage/early years experience in a British Curriculum setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum; ability to plan, observe and adapt activities.
Excellent English communication and ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver Foundation Stage lessons aligned with EYFS expectations.
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences supporting language, literacy and numeracy.
Establish routines promoting independence, responsibility and positive behaviour.
Observe and document development; maintain records of progress in EYFS areas.
Differentiate activities to meet varied learning needs and provide targeted support.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and school leaders; communicate with parents regularly.
