Job summary

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a charter and freighter operations planner to lead the commercial and operational aspects of the freighter network in Dubai. You will manage contracts, routings, and revenue optimisation across wet-lease and EK-operated freighters, coordinating with stations and management.

The role requires 5+ years in air cargo, charter planning expertise, and strong knowledge of IATA regulations, with a focus on profitability and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Logistics/Cargo or Air Cargo operations.
• Experience in commercial charter quotation and planning.
• Experience in charter setup, loadability and feasibility.
• Strong understanding of charter planning and fleet utilization.
• Proficient in charter cost analysis and P/L.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations and cargo handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements and routings for scheduled freighter services.
• Optimise freighter revenues and secure slots and permits as needed.
• Coordinate equine transport requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage master operating plan for freighter network and charter ops.
• Analyse fleet utilisation and plan aircraft deployment.
• Prepare post-flight profitability reports for senior management.
