We are looking for an experienced Export & Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations and coordinate export shipments.

The role focuses mainly on warehouse supervision, shipment preparation, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Export & Shipping Coordination

• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics team .
• Ensureshipments are properly packed and prepared for export.
• Follow up with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• The role is not responsible for preparing or managing export documentation; export documentation remains under the responsibility of the Export Team.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Team and freight forwarders for timely dispatch.
• Ensure shipments are properly packed and ready for export according to the confirmed requirements.
• Coordinate with the Export Team immediately in case of any discrepancy or unclear requirement before releasing the shipment.
• Conduct a final warehouse-level check before dispatch to ensure that no incorrect product, barcode, sticker, packaging, or quantity is shipped.
• Verify that the correct products, quantities, packaging, labels, stickers, and any agent-specific requirements are applied before shipment.
• Ensure each export order is prepared strictly according to the specific requirements communicated by the Export Team for each agent.
• Coordinate export shipment preparation with the Export and Logistics teams.

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Logistics Coordination
• Plan shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
• Ensure efficient loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for dispatch planning.
• Team Supervision
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily tasks.
• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Basic knowledge of export shipments and logistics coordination.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
• Strong personality with leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
