Job summary

Green Plus Shipping L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 4–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or cargo.

The role covers overall supervision of warehouse operations, manpower, cargo handling, inventory movement, safety, and daily activities. The candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate with multiple teams, ensure accurate stock documentation, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proven experience as Warehouse Supervisor or similar.
• Experience managing warehouse manpower and allocating staff.
• Hands-on experience in loading, unloading, receiving, picking, packing, put-away, dispatch, and cargo handling.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation (GRN).
• Experience coordinating trucks/containers and shipment schedules.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, housekeeping, and proper cargo storage.
• Good English communication and basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to independently supervise daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, loading, unloading, picking, packing, put-away and dispatch.
• Manage warehouse manpower; allocate staff and equipment per daily needs.
• Verify GRNs, stock records, and warehouse docs for accuracy.
• Plan storage space according to shipment weight, volume and condition.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Transportation teams on schedules and placements.
• Ensure safe storage, proper stock rotation and timely dispatch of cargo.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards; keep aisles clear.
• Monitor cargo and warehouse property for damage or pests and report issues.
• Prepare daily warehouse reports and brief the Warehouse Manager.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff in company procedures and safety.

The candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of warehouse operations, manpower, cargo handling, inventory movement, safety, and daily warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, unloading, picking, packing, put-away, and dispatch.
• Manage warehouse manpower and allocate staff, equipment, and machinery according to daily operational requirements.
• Check and verify GRNs, stock records, and warehouse documentation for accuracy.
• Plan and allocate warehouse storage space according to shipment requirements, cargo weight, volume, and condition.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Customer Service, and Transportation teams regarding shipment schedules and truck/container placement.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement, rotation, safe storage, and timely dispatch of cargo.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, safety standards, and clear aisles at all times.
• Monitor cargo and warehouse property for damage, infestation, or other issues and report them immediately to management.
• Prepare daily warehouse reports and update the Warehouse Manager regarding operations, manpower, and any issues.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and ensure company procedures and safety requirements are properly followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse In-Charge, or similar supervisory position.
• Experience managing and allocating warehouse manpower.
• Hands-on experience in loading, unloading, receiving, picking, packing, put-away, dispatch, and cargo handling.
• Experience with inventory/stock control and warehouse documentation, including GRN.
• Experience coordinating trucks/containers and shipment schedules.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, housekeeping, and proper cargo storage.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, cargo, or supply-chain operations will be preferred.
• Good English communication and basic computer/MS Office skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
