Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced installation technician for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment in Dubai. The role covers hands-on installation, connections, testing, and commissioning on-site, with emphasis on gas, electrical, and steam systems.

You will read drawings, source materials locally, and work with engineers and clients to ensure safe, compliant handovers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in related installs, strong tooling skills, and a pro-active, independent work

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related trade.
Minimum 3–5 years hands-on installation experience in commercial kitchens or MEP works.
Solid knowledge of gas, electrical and steam connection requirements.
Familiarity with UAE local market sources for installation materials.
Ability to read basic technical drawings and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

Carry out hands-on installation, connection, testing, and commissioning of kitchen and laundry equipment.
Install gas-, electrical-, and steam-operated equipment per manufacturer specs.
Perform plumbing, electrical, gas, and steam connections for installations.
Read and understand installation drawings, specs, and site requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site.
Carry out testing, leak checks, and basic troubleshooting post-installation.
Ensure safe, clean, and compliant handover of installed equipment.
Maintain housekeeping and proper tool/material organization on site.
