Job summary

Emirates Catering Services LLC in the UAE is seeking a skilled technician to install and commission commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, chillers, fryers, dishwashers and steamers, with attention to correct electrical, gas and water connections.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults, and ensure compliance with safety and food hygiene standards set by local authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and commissioning commercial kitchen equipment.

• Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens chillers freezers fryers dishwashers and steamers
• Ensure proper electrical gas and water connections as per safety standards
• Test equipment functionality after installation

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Clean and service internal components to prevent breakdowns

Troubleshooting amp Repairs

• Diagnose mechanical electrical and refrigeration faults

Refrigeration amp Cooling Systems
