Job summary

Dope communications in Dubai seeks a lead designer to drive concept to implementation of wayfinding and experiential design. You will develop customer journeys, signage strategies, and spatial communication frameworks while coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.

You will translate user research into intuitive environments, present concepts to stakeholders, and maintain brand integration across projects.

Qualifications

• Lead wayfinding and experiential design projects from concept through implementation.
• Translate user research and journeys into intuitive spatial experiences.
• Coordinate with architects, interior and graphic designers to deliver integrated design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer journey maps, wayfinding frameworks, and spatial communication strategies.
• Create signage strategies, pictogram families, icons, and information design standards.
• Collaborate with architects, interior and graphic designers and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Prepare concept design packages, design guidelines, technical documentation and 3D visualizations.
