Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, CS, Digital Media, Information Systems or related field.
- MBA is a preference.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for digital products and services.
- Apply design thinking to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that improve customer interactions.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations to implement design solutions aligned with digital transformation goals.
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma, conduct usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
