Job summary

Gulbahar-Tobacco-International-Fze is seeking Packing Machine Operators to set up, run, and maintain high- quality tobacco packaging equipment. You will ensure production lines run smoothly, adjust settings, feed materials, and perform routine tests and safety checks.

Qualified candidates bring 4–5 years in cigarette production with knowledge of specific packing machinery models and a mechanical engineering background. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years in cigarette production and machine operation.
• Functional knowledge of packing machine technology and models listed above.
• Education: Associate’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed and functions).
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Perform testing to ensure optimal operation during production.
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.
• Calibrate at shift start and end, and recalibrate as needed.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality output.
• Coordinate with QC to address quality issues.
