Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in customer research, service design or experience consulting.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and conduct customer research to uncover needs and pain points.
Lead small projects or teams with minimal oversight from account managers.
Present research proposals and service design deliverables to clients.
Support business development with expert information for proposals and pitches.
Translate business challenges into innovative outcomes using design thinking.
Lead projects, manage stakeholders, and facilitate discovery through testing.
