Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile UI/UX projects.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Marketing, IT).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for digital products and services.
• Apply design thinking to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
• Develop interactive prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
• Lead and mentor team members to build design capabilities and ensure governance.
