Job summary

PwC Dubai Experience Centre is expanding. We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to lead end-to-end event experiences, blending creativity and operations to deliver memorable client engagements.

You’ll design creative briefs, manage logistics, vendors, and AV, and work with PwC Lines of Service to tailor visitor experiences across physical, digital, and hybrid formats. The role is on-site at the Dubai Experience Centre with minimal travel and opportunities to shape innovative events for PwC’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with at least 12 years in event management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong creative flair and ability to think outside the box.
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environments.
• Tech and digital savvy; familiarity with GenAI XR or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• The role is on-site at the Dubai Experience Centre and requires minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Creative Experience Design
• Develop and shape creative briefs and storyboards for strategic workshops and events whilst brainstorming with Experience Centre lead and other members in the team
• Collaborate with PwC Lines of Service (LoS) to design personalized interactive and memorable visitor experiences
• Lead the design and execution of experiences across various formats: physical digital and hybrid
• Personalize the full visitor journey at the Experience Centre: from check-in to exit including environment props videos digital assets print materials etc
• Drive innovation in the design of digital and personalized experiences presented to clients
• Facilitate specific activities of The Difference events/workshops as needed such as icebreakers or interactive sessions
• End-to-End Event Management
• Own and lead events from initial concept through execution in the Experience Centre and at external venues (only in rare occasions)
• Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors (catering production agencies etc.)
• Oversee event logistics operations and AV setup - ensuring high-quality and on-brand delivery
• Oversee event design quality across different mediums: print and digital
• Be present onsite to manage execution and troubleshoot in real time whilst working directly with other team members from AV Operations and PwC LoS members organizing the event
