Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in Dubai invites a visionary Head of Experience Design to lead end-to-end CX across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints in luxury retail. You will shape the experiential north star, drive omni-channel differentiation, and partner with brands to elevate customer moments.

You will build a formal XD function, mentor teams, and collaborate with Digital, IT, and store networks to ensure feasible, measurable, and impactful design outcomes that resonate with high-end customers.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in experience/service design, ideally luxury retail, hospitality, or premium omnichannel environments.
• Retail experience is mandatory.
• Strong collaboration abilities and strategic influence with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge business strategy, creative design, trends analysis and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define experience design vision and multi-year roadmap across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints.
• Build the XD function from scratch: methodology, standards, tools, governance, talent.
• Own end-to-end journey mapping and service design across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage the Experience Design unit and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach on craft and strategic, brand-led thinking.
• Collaborate with Customer Intelligence, IT and store networks to ensure feasibility and implementation.
• Lead partnerships with brand and vertical stakeholders to align design with priorities.
• Influence investments and contribute to business cases and OKRs.
