Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Head of Experience Design to lead the end-to-end experience across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints. You will shape the experiential strategy for luxury brands, ensuring customer-centric and brand-centric design across all formats, including stores and online platforms.

The role requires 8-10+ years in experience/design within premium environments, with strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in experience/design, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium omnichannel environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end journey mapping and service design across the full customer lifecycle.
• Deploy Design Thinking methodologies and onboard key stakeholders.
• Design signature moments balancing creativity and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Intelligence for personas, trends, and insights.
• Partner with teams to track and continuously improve key journeys with clear ownership.
• Lead and develop the Experience Design unit and foster cross-functional collaboration.
