Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations to ensure crockery, pots, glassware and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized and stored correctly.
• Monitor and support stewards in daily duties while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Oversee proper use, handling, storage and control of cleaning chemicals and stewarding supplies; manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Conduct daily briefings, provide on-the-job coaching and correct deviations to maintain service excellence.
• Support the Stewarding Supervisor and assume leadership when required; ensure smooth shift operations and foster teamwork and adherence to policies.

Supervise stewarding operations ensuring crockery pots glassware and kitchen equipment are cleaned sanitized and stored correctly Monitor and support stewards in their daily duties while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ensure all kitchen areas including floors ceilings ovens and workstations are kept clean and compliant with health and safety standards Oversee the proper use handling storage and control of cleaning chemicals and stewarding supplies Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures in line with hygiene environmental and company requirements Conduct daily briefings provide on-the-job coaching and correct operational deviations to maintain service excellence Support the Stewarding Supervisor assume leadership responsibilities when required and ensure smooth shift operations Foster positive teamwork and communication while adhering to company policies grooming standards and the Code of Conduct.
