Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Southeast Asian cuisine to join its culinary team in the UAE. The role focuses on leading a high-performance kitchen, designing innovative menus, and ensuring top-tier food quality and presentation.

You will manage large teams, collaborate with brand partners, and maintain strict safety and cost-control standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences at a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within casual dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants.
• Experience collaborating with brand partners to create culinary experiences.
• Experience overseeing large culinary teams and high-end dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing innovative menus reflecting trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Lead and motivate the culinary team to achieve high performance.
• Schedule and supervise daily kitchen activities and ensure safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory, ingredient quality, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain health and safety standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Collaborate with management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
