Job summary

Ejadah in Dubai seeks an experienced Tendering & Estimation professional to identify opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and manage cost estimations for FM contracts. You will coordinate with operations and technical teams to secure profitable business.

The role requires 5–8 years in FM tendering, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of costing and pricing strategies. A technical engineering background and ERP/CRM familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Certification in Estimation/Contracts/Business Development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with operations and technical teams.
• Develop costing models and pricing strategies for FM contracts.
• Prepare detailed manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Analyze tender requirements and identify project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and tender documentation.
• Prepare detailed costing sheets, quotations, and pricing summaries.
• Perform profitability analysis and budget forecasting.
• Monitor pricing benchmarks and market rates.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial clarifications.
• Coordinate with Operations, MEP, Soft Services, and Procurement teams for inputs.
• Review scope of work and technical specifications.
• Conduct site visits and support technical surveys when required.
• Maintain bid trackers, opportunity pipelines, and tender databases.
• Generate management reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Ensure all proposals, contracts, and documents are maintained.

Job description

To support the growth of the Facilities Management (FM) business by identifying new opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing tender submissions, conducting cost estimations, and coordinating with operations and technical teams to secure profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations and technical teams.
• Develop costing models and pricing strategies for FM contracts.
• Prepare detailed manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Analyze tender requirements and identify project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and tender documentation.
• Prepare detailed costing sheets, quotations, and pricing summaries.
• Perform profitability analysis and budget forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related technical discipline.
• Additional certification in Estimation, Contracts, or Business Development is an advantage.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, bidding, and costing.
• Experience handling Soft FM, Hard FM, Integrated FM, MEP, or AMC contracts.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of FM operations, MEP systems, and maintenance services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including:
• SUMIFS
• Data Analysis
• Experience preparing detailed costing sheets and pricing models.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, SLAs, KPIs, and commercial agreements.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
