Damac Properties is seeking a senior headhunter to partner with the VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hires across functions in the UAE. The candidate will map markets, source elusive talent, and drive interest from cold outreach.

The role requires relentless, credible senior-level engagement, exceptional closing ability, and an organised, process-driven approach to manage demand generation and candidate pipelines.

Formación

• 10+ years of headhunting or executive search experience.
• Commercial, relentless in pursuit and credible with senior people.
• Capable of closing difficult searches and managing senior candidates to close.

• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Own the hiring process with meticulous organization.

We are looking for a proper headhunter (10+ Years experience) who will work directly with a VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across all functions.

You must be able to:

• Map markets properly
• Find candidates others cannot
• Build interest from a cold start
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Manage senior candidates through to close
• Run a highly organised, systematic desk
• Keep every search, follow-up and pipeline under control
• Use AI properly across research, sourcing and outreach
• Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.

We need someone commercial minded, relentless in pursuit, credible with senior people and capable of closing difficult searches.
