Damac Properties in Dubai seeks a seasoned headhunter to work directly with the VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across all functions. You will map markets, build interest from a cold start, and execute outbound campaigns to attract top leadership and niche experts.

This role requires credibility with senior stakeholders and a proven track record in closing difficult searches in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
