Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels including executive and Partner-level hiring.
• Experience recruiting within professional services or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of Middle East talent market and competitors.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Recruiting to execute experienced hire recruitment strategy across practice groups.
• Deliver Partner recruitment including market mapping, executive search engagement, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Advise Partners on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Use data and market insights to monitor recruitment performance and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple searches with focus on leadership and Partner hires.
