Job summary

See & Recruit is expanding in Abu Dhabi and seeking an experienced recruiter to drive growth across Real Estate and Financial Services. You will originate client relationships, lead strategic pitch meetings, and execute end-to-end mandates—from C-suite headhunting to senior placements across the GCC.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Abu Dhabi recruitment, a track record in winning new business, and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Agency background preferred in Real Estate or Financial Services.
• Proven 360 recruitment track record.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and negotiate terms.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mandates from briefing to placement and onboarding.
• Lead client meetings, pitch capabilities, and negotiate terms of business.
• Perform proactive sourcing, headhunting, and market outreach for senior roles.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to secure repeat mandates and PSLs.
