Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ professional pastry experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium restaurant groups.
• Proficiency in lamination, fermentation, tempering, and showpiece pastry techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily pastry and bakery production aligned to forecasts and events.
• Standardize recipes with precise weights, yields, and allergen declarations.
• Lead and schedule pastry team; monitor plating standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations on launches.
• Engage with guests for special requests (cakes, dietary needs) and tastings.
