Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is recruiting a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant (Mini Bar). You will deliver professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience and supporting the outlet's daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel, and strong verbal and written communication, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or equivalent.
• Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks to service food & beverage according to the hotel standard.
• Greet, seat and serve guests in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
• Acquire knowledge of the outlet's food & beverage menu to advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare before, during and after service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scène).
