Job summary

Jumeirah Al Naseem (National Talent) is seeking an Assistant Manager - Learning and Development to join from October 2026 onwards. The role focuses on designing and implementing L&D strategy, leadership programs, and group-wide training initiatives across properties.

The ideal candidate will have a 5+ year track record in luxury hospitality, CIPD qualification, and a relevant degree. The position offers a tax-free salary in AED and career growth within the Jumeirah luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited university.
• CIPD Qualification or similar certification or Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with international luxury hospitality or a blue-chip organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing the corporate Learning and Development strategy.
• Support development of leadership programs, including coaching and mentoring initiatives.
• Conduct group-wide analysis of training needs and assist in delivering effective learning programs.
• Assist in managing HR processes related to learning and development for consistency across units.
• Collaborate in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, IDPs and career paths.
• Support review, evaluation and reporting of training program effectiveness.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Learning and Development - to join Jumeirah Al Naseem (National Talent) from October 2026 onwards.

• Assist in designing and implementing the corporate Learning and Development strategy to foster talent development and align with the group's vision.
• Support the development of leadership programs, including coaching and mentoring initiatives, to identify and nurture high-potential individuals for leadership roles.
• Conduct continuous group-wide analysis of training needs, assisting in the design and delivery of effective learning programs for employees at all levels.
• Assist in managing and leading compliance with HR processes related to learning and development, ensuring consistency across business units.
• Collaborate in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, IDPs, career paths, and other training initiatives in alignment with industry best practices.
• Support the review, evaluation, and reporting of training program effectiveness, ensuring talent management practices meet business needs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University
• CIPD Qualification or similar certification or Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization
