The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Indian spices and techniques, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Salary offered is $1100 per month for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences
• Order ingredients and maintain inventory levels
• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets the standards of the restaurant
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste
