W Hotels in Dubai is seeking an organized Non-Management Housekeeping professional to uphold our luxury standards. You will inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning, ensuring adherence to quality guidelines and safety policies.

You will run room status checks, prioritize cleaning, coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, and assist management with scheduling, training, and performance coaching. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
• Run room status reports, verify room status, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow all company safety policies and report maintenance hazards or injuries.
